Scheduled work no earlier than three business days + materials

Non-scheduled, urgent same day response (or within three business days) + materials
(Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5pm)
-Travel time spent getting to site
-First 30 minutes labour onsite
-Vehicle running costs and fuel
-Administration
Minimum 30 minutes onsite (Callout Fee) followed by 15 minute incremental charges thereafter for all charge up work with the respective hourly rate applied.
Payment is due 7 days from the date of the invoice by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed upon.
PDF invoices will be sent via email within 48 hours of the job being completed. All invoices are fully itemised. Hard copies are available if need be.
